National Chemistry week is a community - based event hosted by our SAACS members every year. Usually a week long event is planned involving the community in chemistry activities that demonstrates the importance of chemistry in everyday life.

Friday, October 23rd is MOLE DAY!!!!! SAACS will be making some baked goodies to celebrate...they will be made available in Guion 2nd floor where the couches are...where chemistry meets math.

SAACS was at SERMACS!!!
Our students attended the graduate school fairs, Nobel Laureate Lectures, and oral / poster presentations. They even had time to walk along the beach (with poster in hand!), experienced the puerto rican culture, and connected with the locals!
